pensionable employee "pensionable employee" means an employee who has been emplaced in the appropriate pensionable establishment or is deemed to have been so emplaced under any written law affecting the emplacement of employees in the appropriate pensionable establishment by the Government of Malaysia or of any State or by any statutory or local authority;

pensionable employee (2) For the purpose of this section "pensionable employee" means an employee who has been emplaced in the appropriate pensionable establishment or is deemed to have been so emplaced under the Pensions Ordinance 1951, the Pensions Ordinance of Sabah 1963 [Sabah 3/63], the Pensions Ordinance of Sarawak [Sarawak Cap. 89], the Statutory and Local Authorities Superannuation Fund Act 1977 [Act 185], or under any other written law affecting the emplacement of employees in the appropriate pensionable establishment by the Government of the Federation or of any State or by any statutory or local authority.".
